Lombardi at Labelexpo Europe 2015

Lombardi Printing and Converting machinery will be in Labelexpo 2015 in Bruxelles showing its high level and always developing technology with two different applications for the narrow web flexographic printing press Synchroline.

The aim will be to show the attention of Lombardi in employing the newest solutions and most up-to-date technologies in the flexographic field making from one side the machines user friendly (easy and very quick start-up)and from the other side showing the “universal” attitude of Synchroline. In booth 11C38 there will be two Syncroline 430/ 8 colours with the A.B.S. system (pneumatic blade for a perfect distribution of the ink): the first one printing 12 micron PET (showing the high precision register and tension control) from reel to reel.  The second one will be printing labels on adhesive paper, die cutting, and rewinding waste with a very new system , the Easy Waste System, which guarantees a perfect tension even when labels have irregular shapes and which allows higher speed in production.

In the second one it will be possible to see in line the new Grafikontrol one hundred percent quality inspection and a longitudinal and cross register at the same time.

The aim will be to show how Lombardi’s new technologies make Synchroline the universal machine printing from 12 micron plastic to paper, to board.
